Is my voucher still valid?
AQUA-SPA-RESORTS vouchers can be redeemed in all six spa worlds or online. Service and value vouchers are subject to a 10-year limitation period from the date of issue (Art. 127 CO).
Value vouchers can be used in their equivalent value for all services offered.
Service vouchers contain a value for a certain defined range of services. If the agreed service is no longer on offer or no longer available at the same price at the time of redemption of the service voucher, the equivalent value of the same or other service obtained in return shall be credited against the value of the voucher. Exchanges and refunds, including partial refunds, are excluded. Any reduced amounts of the vouchers arising in this way are also subject to the 10-year limitation period from the date of issue of the original voucher. (GTC)
Where can I redeem my voucher?
AQUA-SPA-RESORTS vouchers can be redeemed in all six spa worlds in Bern, Schönbühl, Zurich, Rigi-Kaltbad, Samedan and Locarno. The voucher can also be redeemed in any other facility than the one indicated on the voucher. The Swiss franc value on the voucher counts.
How can I redeem my voucher online?
During the ordering process, at the second step «Checkout», you can enter your voucher code at «Redeem voucher/Relax Card» and confirm with the arrow. The voucher will be redeemed immediately and the value will be deducted. You have three options to redeem the voucher:
- Manually entering the number
- Scan the QR code
- Scanning the PDF document
You can also use several voucher codes for one order. If the value of your voucher is higher than the total amount of your order, the remaining amount of your voucher remains valid. You can use the code again for your next order.
Where can I find my voucher code?
You will find the voucher code on your voucher below the QR code (24 digits). Or on the back of the Relax Card (s+ 10 digits or s+0 (zero) and 9 digits).
Can I pay for a reservation with my voucher?
Yes, once you have selected a reservation time and it has been added to the shopping cart, you can use the voucher for it during the payment process. See (How can I redeem my voucher online?).
My voucher is worth more than the reservation
If the value of your voucher is higher than the total amount of your reservation, the remaining amount of your voucher remains and can still be redeemed. Any remaining amount can also be used to pay for consumption.
My reservation costs more than the value of my voucher
In this case, the voucher is read in first and a partial payment is made. The remaining amount can then be paid using the other payment methods. The voucher is then considered redeemed.
I would like to redeem several vouchers
You can also use multiple vouchers for your payment. Scan one voucher at a time until you reach the required value.
I would like to redeem a Relax Card
Relax Cards are like vouchers, you will find the number (10 digits) on the back of the Relax Card. It begins with an "s". Type this number including the "s0" in the field.
Can I book a different service than the one on the voucher?
You can use your voucher according to its Swiss franc value. We will be happy to assist you in one of our Spa's at the cash desk or you can use your voucher to pay for your reservation online.
Can I exchange my voucher?
You can also use your voucher to pay for a new voucher.
Are vouchers transferable?
Yes, the voucher is impersonal. You can re-gift your voucher, or you can issue a new one for your voucher.
I would like to make several bookings in different Spa Worlds
You can pay for all products in the webshop with a voucher. Simply add the desired products from the various facilities to the shopping cart.
Why doesn't my voucher work when I redeem it?
The voucher or Relax Card has expired or has been fully redeemed. If you are unsure, please contact us by e-mail: email@example.com.
I have problems to close the transaction and need help
