Visitors to the Solbad & Spa are only permitted to wear normal swimwear*. Wearing underwear under swim shorts is not permitted for reasons of hygiene. Bathing slippers are recommended!

* Standard swimwear includes swimming costumes, bikinis, tankinis, burkinis, swimming trunks or swimming shorts specially designed for use in the water. Swimwear not mentioned above is not permitted.

Food and drink may only be consumed in the designated areas, i.e. only in the zones where food and drink are available.

We cordially invite you to visit our lovely bistro and treat yourself to fine food and refreshing drinks.

Please also note that for hygiene reasons, only food purchased within the facility may be consumed.

Warm salt water soothes the entire body – making this a relaxing experience for pregnant women, too.
How your body reacts to hot water during pregnancy may vary. We therefore ask you to consult your doctor in advance.

Massages during pregnancy:

• We do not offer any massages up to week 12 of your pregnancy for health and safety reasons.
• From week 13 of your pregnancy, we are happy to offer you our massage services.
• Please note that we do not offer foot reflexology for pregnant women.

• No massages for children and young people under the age of 16.
• From the age of 16, massages only when accompanied by an adult.
• From the age of 18, massages unaccompanied by an adult.

• Mental impairment: massage only with an accompanying person
• Physical limitation: massage without an accompanying person (provided that the person can get onto the massage table independently).

Treat yourself to a fragrant break throughout the year: between 11:15 a.m. and 7:15 p.m., you can enjoy a variety of infusions with wonderful fragrant essences every two hours.

You can buy some of the products we use for treatments in the shop. Perfect for a gift or just as a little treat for you.

• The sauna and steam rooms are textile-free areas, with the exception of the non-nude steam room in the natural saltwater bath.    
• The sauna is mixed.
• On Thursdays (excluding public holidays), the spa is reserved exclusively for women. 

Access to the sauna and spa/massage area is only permitted for guests aged 16 and over.
